Early Morning Moringa Smoothie Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 mini cucumber - chopped
1 apple - chopped
1 lemon - juiced
1/2 inch ginger - peeled
1 tsp moringa
1 cup water
1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to a blender.
 
Full of antioxidants and wrinkle-fighting beta-carotene, moringa is native to South Asia, and is one of those rare fruits that have protein.
